- Orders placed on non-business days are counted as being placed on the next business day.
- Shipping is free for orders over R1,000.00.
- For orders under R1,000.00 a flat fee of R150.00 applies.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–5 business days. Day 1 counts from the first business day after your order is placed. Please note our delivery estimate bar is only a guideline, not a guarantee.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns and exchanges are available on all non-sale items within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be logged via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused & in their original packaging.
- Non-sale items over R1,000.00 qualify for free returns. We’ll arrange courier collection!
- For items under R1,000.00, return shipping is at your cost and arrangement.
