Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with day one being the next business day after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be counted as if they are placed on the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once your order is placed you may receive your delivery earlier than 3 days depending on demand and your shipping address. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Should your package be more than 5 business days we will contact you.
We mainly use Courier Guy or Internet Express. If you are located in Johannesburg we may use our company courier. You will be notified when your purchase ships. This notification will usually occur 2-3 business days after your order.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the Republic of South Africa only. We do not ship to any P.O Boxes internationally or within the Republic.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, (2-3 business days after your order) containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of this notification.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All purchases made within the Republic of South Africa are inclusive of all Customs, Duties & Taxes.
Damages
If you received an incorrect order or damaged item, please Log a Return with the reason "Incorrect item shipped" or "Damaged Item". Alternatively, you can email us at info@wayfareculture.co.za, along with images of the damaged product.
If you believe your order was damaged during transit, it is vital that you email us immediately.
We’re unable to accept returns of damaged items that have not been reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the Republic of South Africa
