How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–5 business days. Day 1 counts from the first business day after your order is placed. Please note our delivery estimate bar is only a guideline, not a guarantee.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns and exchanges are available on all non-sale items within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be logged via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused & in their original packaging.
- Non-sale items over R1,000.00 qualify for free returns. We’ll arrange courier collection!
- For items under R1,000.00, return shipping is at your cost and arrangement.
Do you accept laybys?
We don’t offer traditional laybys. Instead, you can shop now and pay later with interest-free instalments through Payflex or JustNow. Simply select one of these options at checkout to sign up and complete your order. Your purchase will be delivered right away, as if paid in full.
